Why Use Hot Stamping?

BMI's hot stamping process uses controlled heat, pressure and precision techniques to transfer a color or metallic foil to the surface of a particular material. Materials used in custom hot stamping vary in size and shape. Our state-of-the-art custom hot stamping machines can apply and decorate any number nameplates, labels, overlays and decal shapes and sizes. Foils used in the custom hot stamping process are durable and can withstand some of the harshest environments common in the automotive industry, for example, where we have much experience, or any other industry.

These foils are chemical resistant, heat resistant, can withstand outdoor environments and ultra violet rays when used in combination with our variety of laminates.
